All PCSSD health and PE teachers are gathered for a full day of professional development. They'll be learning new, fun activities for the school year for elementary and secondary schools. Additionally, all PE/Health teachers will get certified in CPR/AED and first aid during the training session today.

Over the summer, the Sylvan Hills High volleyball team hosted a “Back to Practice” spirit week. To wrap up the week of practice, the theme was “BIG-LITTLE” where the team (littles) were divided among the BIGS (seniors) to create mentor groups. The ideas is that these mentorships will continue throughout the season - on and off the court! Go Bears!
