It’s worth a read — especially to hear directly from the students who are living this experience every day. Read more: https://tinyurl.com/yu9r69c8

🎭📸 Art with depth and meaning!
Students AP Art 2-D Design explored the concept of concealing emotions and how people often hide their true feelings behind a façade.

Through a creative photography project, students worked with classmates as models to capture two contrasting emotions, then used photo-editing techniques to layer a transparent image representing the hidden or true emotion. The results were powerful, thoughtful, and visually striking.

As always, the students did a fantastic job bringing big ideas to life through art! 💙🐻

Students in Mr. Harper’s Juvenile Justice and History classes had an incredible learning opportunity today with guest speaker Bo Renshaw. A longtime Sherwood community leader and partner with Sylvan Hills’ Sports Medicine program, Mr. Renshaw—who is currently running for Arkansas State Representative—spoke with students about civic engagement and responsibility.

Our Bears asked thoughtful questions and walked away with real ideas for how they can get involved in their community. 💙🐻
