Principal: Michelle Camp

Michelle Camp has over two decades of experience in education all within PCSSD. Ms. Camp was named the Supportive Administrator of the Year for the Sylvan Hills Feeder Pattern. Before becoming an administrator, Ms. Camp was a dedicated Career and Technical Education teacher in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Internship.  

Ms. Camp received her BA in Business Education, an MSE in Advanced Studies in Teaching & Learning, and an EdS in Educational Leadership (Building, Curriculum, and is currently in the progress of adding District Level) from the University of Central Arkansas. 

Ms. Camp enjoys traveling, completing DIY projects with her husband, and having dinners with her extended family. She has two children who are her pride and joy, two Goldendoodles that make naps the best, and a Shorkie who acts more like a cat than a dog.

An opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others is the personal driving force behind Ms. Camp’s role.

evan forte

Assistant Principal: Evan Forte

Evan Forte is entering his 6th year in education and his 3rd year as an assistant principal, having spent the past two years in the role at Maumelle Middle School.

He previously served as a teacher, coach and dean of students in the Little Rock School District, Fort Smith School District, and North Little Rock School District.

Mr. Forte attended PCSSD schools and is a graduate of Wilbur D. Mills University Studies High School. He is also a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Arkansas State University, Henderson State University, and is currently pursuing his doctorate in School Leadership at Arkansas Tech University.

Assistant Principal: Trey Lightfoot

Trey Lightfoot is a third generation educator, entering his 14th year in education in PCSSD. This will be his first full year in administration after serving as a teacher and coach at Maumelle High School. 

Coach Lightfoot earned his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas, his first Master's in Physical Education and Coaching from the University of Arkansas Monticello, and his second Master's and Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.  

Coach Lightfoot loves spending time with his family, playing golf, and hunting. He looks forward to continuing to have a positive impact on the lives of his students.

Assistant Principal: Dr.  Shavonya Berry

ShaVonya Berry is a distinguished administrator who is excited to join our Robinson High School administration team!  Dr. Berry has received a B.S. in Mathematics, an M.A. in Teaching, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership (Principalship), an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership (Superintendency), and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration.  

Before becoming an administrator, Dr. Berry taught Secondary Mathematics for 14 years in Pine Bluff and Little Rock, Arkansas.  2019 Teacher of the Year and Arkansas' 2022 Charter Leader of the Year, Dr. Berry is committed to continuously improving student achievement.  

Dr. Berry's interests beyond the academic realm include singing, playing the piano, reading, traveling, and listening to live music.
